![]() Started having connectivity problems (even though iPad was only a few feet from scanner) and the attached “can’t shoot panaroma, device in error state” error. Had about 30 scans in and Recap still showed Leica battery level at 100%, although I knew this to be false. It all worked great until about 75 minutes in. Scans went great initially, and they were transferred and registered to Recap MUCH quicker than last week (same scanner settings). On the iPad, turned Bluetooth off and uninstalled Matterport and Leica apps. This week, I attempted to scan two different buildings, inside and out. That problem has greatly decreased but still occurs when the battery is getting low (even though the Recap interface shows the BLK battery level at 100%). Leica support advised to turn off bluetooth, forget previous WIFI networks, and don't automatically connect to any other networks other than the BLK. ![]() The iPad was no more than a few feet away from the scanner, so distance was not the issue. The scanner will begin the scan, and at some point, could be a minute or just a few seconds, the error will pop up. ![]() In the 1st week of use, we were having major WIFI connectivity issues. I have a brand new BLK360, a brand new iPad Pro 11 with 256GB, and Recap Pro Mobile loaded up. ![]()
